hi i hope this helps you
barrhus skinner theory was learning and behaviour can be affected by rewards and punishments , you could be giving rewards by gaining adult attention or praises or by giving a sticker .
albert bandura theory was children observe and copy the actions of others , you could be positive role models by being polite , wait your turn etc !!

b f skinner was key in behaviour he suggested most humans leanrt through expolring hteir environment and then drawing conclusions based on the conquesences of their behaviour . this means that people tend to be active in the learning process. skinner came up with 3 groups

positive reinforcers -are likely to make people repeat behaviuor when they get something they desire .skinner sugested that using positive reinforcement was the most effective way of encouraging new learning . giving praise ,stickers ,sweets and treats.

negative reinforcers are likely to make people repeat behavoiur as well but the differance is that the behaviour is repeated to stop something happening. children going down a slide might learn to use their hands to slow them down if they are unhappy about the speed .

punishers are likely to stop people from repeating behavoiur they might learn to stay away from an electric fence .

Hope this helps a little
