Please please can someone point me in the right direction?? i have just researched all the immunisations but now i need some help with childrens health checks and surveillance. :weepy:

the minute a child is born they have health checks done they are weighed, reflexes checked hearing hip test, head circumference etc and they continue to have checks from health visitor until they are 5 when they start school they are again weighed and measured as for surveillance i would think its the evidence collected from health checks that is recorded and so on hope this helps x
