What relationship do you have with other staff members..

Can you have a giggle and a laugh or is it Work straight down the line .....

Unfortunately, due to the way I was treated a couple of weeks ago when I was forced to take sick leave, and now the group is being investigated, I go to work and get totally ignored!!! No one speaks to me infront of the supervisor or her best friend but if they are not around everyone is fine with me. I'm counting down the days until I leave, not long now. Another member of staff is now having the problems I was, so I know its not personal to me, they just want to get rid of the existing staff and replace us all with the supervisors best friends!!

You poor girl Farleys,I have been there done that! Now I can say thank you to the two staff who made my life hell, one I thought was my best friend!
Since leaving ,I did supply and then helped another group.
Now moved to East Sussex which I would never have done if I was still running the group! Life is wonderful, nannying and now deputy for a term in Sept!
Good Luck, you will be a much happier person though you will miss the children!not the staff!!
