Hi,
we should look at all areas of development as they are interconnected. for example playdough: physical - fine motor control PSED- Talking to friends around the table PSRN - Making shapes and talking about them, counting out thier 'cakes' creative - making birthday cakes, singing the song song, cooking pies etc K&U - using shape cutters putting 'cakes' in trays and 'putting them in oven' etc they are all interconnected.
