024 2.5 Active participation in decision making
 

Hello all
I am stuck on the final question of 024, any help would be very gratefully received!

"It is vital that all children and young people can actively participate in any decisions that affect their lives.
They should also be consulted about the services they receive or would like to receive. Complete the list below, showing how you do this is the four different age ranges (0-5, 6-10, 11-15 and 16-19)."

I am totally stumped, particularly in regards to the services element?! Has anyone had to do this recently?...:dizzy:
