Job status after level 3
 

Hello everyone! Oo yeah

I have recently finished my BTEC level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development (- Thank goodness!!!!!) wahoo and I was just curious as to what "status" you all have as your job role. :tophat:

I am mainly working at a pre-school and occasionally at a nursery but I have no clue as to what my "title" could be.
I know it's a bit irrelevant but it's always awkward when people or car insurance companies ask you, what is your occupation... errr, :jaw-dropp

Does any one have any ideas of what a level 3 qualified person can be/call themselves?

I'm working in Early Years and my job role is an early years educator.

That's interesting, I've just passed my level 3 diploma in cypw, I've just given the title of play assistant. Is this correct? Or should it be practitioner.

I have been told by my manager that once you are a qualified staff you are a practitioner. I think play assistant is for those who have not got any qualification or is a level 1
