think its just saying look at current and changing health, saftey and security procedures and requirements and say how good they are (review them) and say how they can improve things or be improved. so its like your policies on higiene, security-pick up drop off policy, fire etc and then saying how they work in different cercamstances or what might change them and if anything can be done to improve them. also look at leglislation and ofsted reqirements and how the procedures fit in with them.

2nd ones what laws and regulations procedures are in your setting that cover health and safety for every one in your setting and what does it say about the different people i.e children, staff etc

hope this helps

for KSH246 do you write about prudect marking COSHH and ifsted natia standards and the health and safety at work act 1974?

SomeoneSpecial 07-16-2008 07:40 PM

yes you could include them but need to make sure you say how it covers health and safety for the people in your setting e.g the work act covers health and safety in the setting as it says all injuries and accidents by staff must be reported (ADD QUOTE). it also says....

hope this helps
