can anyone please explain what i am meant to write about for:

1.1. Explain evidence, approaches and theories about the benefits of creativity for the well being of children and young people.

i've been sitting here staring at the question, researching it on google but i just dont understand what i've gotta write!

times like this i feel like packing it all in :bawling:
