Team Working

Can anyone help please, I have been asked to write about how I would resolve conflict with others in school and how I would seek effective ways to work co-operatively. I know this is probably done automatically in class but I can't actually think.

Also how would I share accurate information on my progress and agree changes where necessary to achieve objectives.

Of to have some headache tablets. Please can someone help me :banghead:

Hi, resolving conflict with colleagues can be through refletion, mediation or following a grievance procedure.

conflict at work from acas. This useful reading is from the USA's VA NSBA site - dealing with conflict

For the second, do you have an appraisal system at the setting - ongoing or annual? this is one method that enables you to talk about your professional development, it has the potentially to be accurate as being paper based or electronic will be evidence of your progress and maybe linked to SMART objectives?
