it is all in the stat requirements of the eyfs.

this is what it states in the eyfs pack
Staff ratio is as follows • 1:3 for birth to two years olds • 1:4 for two to three year olds • 1:8 for three to five year olds Room ratio is as follows • 3:5 sq. metres for birth to two year olds • 2:5 sq. metres for two to three year olds 2:3 sq. metres for three to five year olds |
