Hi, depending on what your role is within your setting consider how legal requirements impact on it eg. your EY's framework and what that means for working practices - following policies and procedures, working in inclusive ways that challenges discrimination, recognise the importance and value of parent partnerships, are you expected to report risks and concerns?
