Help CYP3.2
 

Hi all
CYP 3.2 both questions.
For some reason I had marked it off but just found that I havent actually done it and now I'm all frazzled and confussed and very annoyed at myself!

I dont get the what I have to write about for 4.1 Explain how own working practice can affect children and young peoples development.


Any help would be great. It seems simple yet I have no idea!

i did this as a witness statement i got someone to watch a few activites i had done wrtoe a witness statement about the activites and which areas of learning i covered like play dough ccl talking about what they are doing , phyiscal hand eye and fine motor skills using tools etc, personal social emotional sharing tools playing with others and peers etc, problem solving numracy counting how many balls of play dough, shapes and sizes etc, creativity what the child has created,etc
