Hi I am currently trying to get my head around

1.3 explain how the documented outcomes are assessed and recorded

everything thing I find is related to England not wales

can anyone share some light please??

Hi, the foundation phase outcomes contained in the Welsh early years framework are the documented curriculum outcomes for children aged 3 - 7
