documented outcomes assessed and recorded

The question in stuck on is 'Explain how the documented outcomes are assessed and recorded.'
i can think of learning journals and childrens profiles. But im not sure what else.

Also the question 'explain how practitioners promote children's learning within the relevant early years framework'

Is that just like using the documented outcomes to plan activities to help encourage their learning??

Any help would be appriciated :) x

I think you should go into a bit of detail about how you use the observation, assessment and planning cycle to support children's learning now and for the future.

If you are in England the 'relevant ey framework' is of course the Eyfs... you will find ideas for answering your question in the Principles into Practice cards.

this tread is old but if u need help this is what i wrote:
Planning for children development starts in order to find out the child’s previous knowledge, their interests and needs. There are many forms of observation which can be carried out to allow us to collate the evidence we need to plan appropriately for the individual child. Each method of observation have advantages and disadvantages of recording the child’s development, so it is important to use a variety of methods of observation of each child to gain holistic knowledge and understanding of the child’s development. You would assess your findings from the observation and this would allow you to develop a progression plan for the individual child.
HOPE THIS HELPED SOME PEOPLE :With love::With love: :proposetoast: :soapbox:
