New EYPS programmes launches with 1,500 funded places available in the next six month

Around 1,500 early years practitioners will have the opportunity to embark on Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) funded training in January 2012, signalling the launch of the new EYPS programme.

I really would like to know whether EYPS feel that they do have more respect now, and whether, since 2007 when it started, they feel that the early years workforce in general is being granted more respect than before.
I've not done my EYPS because of this. I don't believe that it will
