make eating fruit fun...make healthy snacks together, talk about how eating healthy food makes you feel....perhaps envolve the tv show lazy town ( that has a strong ethos on healthy eating) encourage children to try new things...salad vegtables, stir fry ect ( excellent for chinese new year!) provide parents with plenty of information (plenty of info on line from various web sites) as its fine to encourage the children but its the parents who need to be educated as they are the ones at home ect shopping and cooking. hope that helps.
