Hi everyone,

please can some one help, these are the last two questions i have to finish CYP32 unit!! and i just cant seem to get it!

2.1 Implement the development plan for a child or young person according to own role and responsibilities, taking into account that development is holistic and interconnected.

2.2 Evaluate and revise the development plan in the light of implementation.

i need to do it as written form as i want to get it done and assessor cant come to see me for a few weeks!

pleaseeee someone help!!

Hi Ims - you should have created a development plan for a child you are working with in line with your role. You should now have spent some time working with the child in accordance with that plan and just need to write about how you went about implementing it and say what aspects of the plan where successful and why. was there anything you had to change or adjust and why. what are the next steps as a result? for 2.1 my tutor said we could also get a witness testimony to confirm we had created and implemented the plan.
