Am strugggling to put this one in words, can anyone help?

An explanation of how you recognise and why it is important to follow the carers instructions in respect of their child's food allergies or intolerances?

How much roughly do you need to include on this one?

Children may have allergies to certain foods which can cause them health problems, allergic reaction or even death

Parents may request certain foods for cultural reasons and we must respect their culture and their choices

Hi can anyone help I'm totally stuck i know to put in about allergies etc but not sure how much else to write.
