Hello all, just wondering if anyone can help me on this question, im really struggling with it: Explain how the processes used by own work setting comply with legislation that covers data protection, information handling and sharing?

You just need to explain details of your settings various policies. Your E* (internet) policy) if you have one. How you share information between colleagues etc and how these tie in with the legal requirements..... Who has access to confidential information. How is that information gathered and where is it stored???
