Silkysteps early years forum - planning ideas for play

Last week I interviewed for a higher position at a different nursery and was told they would make a decision by Friday. After work I had a voicemail asking me to call them back to "discuss the job interview" but when I did the manager apologised and said she didn't have time to speak to me as she was just leaving but that she would call me Tuesday morning (she has Monday off). I know it's not long to wait but I'm really anxious to know and I'm getting different ideas from everybody..Some people are saying it must be a yes because they wouldn't call me to discuss why I didn't get the job she would have just said no in the voicemail. But then others say that if it was a yes she would have told me ASAP so that I could start sooner and maybe just left the detailed discussion of dbs, salary etc til another time. Aaahhhh I'm driving myself crazy!!
If anyone has any thoughts I'd be grateful!
