SHC 32 1.2 and 3.1
 

Hi everybody, i am new to this whole thing but would really appreciate any help?! Im stuck on how to word 1.2 Explain expectations about own work role as expressed in relevant standards and 3.1 Evaluate own knowledge, performance and understanding against relevant standards :(

the standards can be the the assessment criterias for the work your doing ... against being alongside.. and you can also use somthing called S.W.O.T .. your strengths weaknesses , oppertunities to improve weaknesses and how to achieve goals etc
