How is health and safety monitored in your setting?

If you're unsure, this qualification requires you to ask them :smile:

Print copies of the setting's policies and procedures for health and safety and ask for any information about risk assessments. You may be given a form or copy of an annual report to look through.

I have been asked to do a spider diagram on " how others are made aware of the risks and hazards in your setting". I dont know what to do! Any ideas would be a great help

You need to ask your work place manager, supervisor or lead which ones relate to health, safety and protection.

Can someone help..... the difference between risk assessment and check list ?
