Its about being contistant with a childs un-wanted behaviour, all staff deal with the behaviour the same way, as the child could become confused by the different approaches to the behaviour.
Work closely with parents, deal with the behaviour the same way as they do or the parents deal the same way we do, this is being contistant. Try to find out if there are, any changes at home,i.e. family split, death of a pet, new sibbling,
