Hi, a warm welcome to the site & congratulations on nearly finishing xx

This criteria is asking you to examine the support you give and reinforce in your setting and to see if that's effective in achieving the aims of the setting. Do you have a copy of their prospectus, your job contract, role and responsibilities so that you're able to match what you do, to what the setting wants for everyone?

If you've not been given any guidance on how to approach this maybe consider what your annual appraisal/professional development plan says?

Look at how well you feel you welcome colleagues, parents and each child. Is it effective? are problems resolved satisfactorily, are communications between everyone open and honest, does reporting and sharing information follow the policies and procedures that the setting has in place?
Think about how enthusiastic you are about celebrating diversity & delivering activities or resources that explore culture.
Do you feel you support children's' rights, their voices and your setting's parent partnership?
Are you confident challenging discrimination calmly & with respect for each persons own cultural upbringing?

I hope this helps a little

Best wishes
