Thanks for the information yes I currently work st an after school club while juggling 3 jobs 4 kids and this course! The questions themselves confuse me so thanks for all your tips will get the policy handbook from work and have a look in it and see if that helps. I can get the info it's the questions I'm struggling to understand how to format the answers!! It's a nightmare can't wait to finish this course !
