Team working Optional Unit 335
I'm currently working on the optional unit Team working: Unit 335, 3.1-3.3.
Having a real mental block as I'm supposed to write reflective accounts for these criteria.:banghead: Anyone got any ideas on what I could write: 3.1: provide a detailed account of what went well and less well from my own point of view. 3.2: identify factors influencing the outcome of working with others, including own role. 3.3: identify ways of improving own work with others. It should be easy but Im finding it really hard to come up with an example to work from...arrghhh! Any help would be greatly appreciated.:thumbsup: |
only you can answer this reflecting on the actual event you are analysing.
3.1 is self explanatory 3.2 what made the things go well or the things that did i.e. is someone ****** off with someone or was someone not well, dod they know what they were supposed to be doing etc 3.3 what do you need to do better how can you improve |
Thanks. I've had a right week of it and couldn't compute yesterday!
I managed to write a reflective account incorporating all three criteria in the end. |
