The welfare of the child and young person is paramount

Hi, the following might be of some help -

Principle 1 - Show you care about the child i.e., if a child's parents were separating – be there for the child by listening and comforting the child. Maybe the child's behaviour has changed due to this, try and help the child understand that you will be there whenever the child needs to express their feelings.
Value 5 - Provide a safe environment that allows appropriate risks and challenges i.e., climbing frames. Allow children to take safe risks but always supervise and do a risk assessment, always follow health and safety rules.
