By promoting well being and resilience in a child we are building their confidence and giving them a sense of self worth they learn what is right and wrong and that they have a voice and what they say matters. This gives them the self confidence to be able to say no or speak out if they feel in danger or are not comfortable in some situations and they know they will be listened to hope this is of a little help:With love:

Nicely said :cheerful:

Littlemiss in order to justify you'll need to know the importance and the reasons why you're doing something ie. why you're promoting it in order to support an outcome - here, you're promoting resilience and well-being so that it supports self-esteem/how a child inwardly sees and feels about themself, confidence in knowing they have the right to be safe from harm & have ownership over their own bodies and knowledge of self worth which collectively enables an ability to bounce back, speak up and know they are valued and respected within a their immediate and expanding environments. When this is done it safeguards children in being independant, accepting of mistakes, able to disclose information and confidently share what makes them happy and uncomfortable.
