I'm on the level-3 CACHE work placed learner (EYE) course.

Does anyone remember doing a 'leaflet' and a 'presentation' for their very first unit? All the units are broken down into multiple questions which I've been writing lots of information for but on the next page there are these 'tasks' and in completing the tasks you're supposed to be answering several of the questions on the previous page. I'm very confused... Getting mixed answers from people at work. Some say these tasks are optional and some say no just answer everything individually like a question.
