advice please
 

Hi i really need some advice:bawling:, i passed my CYPW level three last year.
But finding it so hard to get a job because i havn't had any real experience of planning etc. I dont know how you are supposed to progress without an employer giving you the chance to.
Has anyone got any ideas ,I have done some:With love: courses and other things to keep myself refreshed . I have had to take a job as a play worker at the moment because that's the only job i could get .
Really disappointed because I feel I am going to forget every thing , its been a year now:dizzy::dizzy::dizzy:. PLEASE HELP XX
