Racial equality policy

does anyone have a racial equality policy i can look at please ?

There's on here - www.bromleycma.org.uk which you might be able to adapt...

I know it's a childminding site, but it's a start! :D

It might be worth looking at an Inclusion policy as an overall thing, thats the way we're moving to at the moment.

follow the link above to a really good website with lots of up-to-date info, it will help you to see inclusion as a wider issue - lots of other good early years info there too
