EYE5 Partnershio working - SEND

Hi, this is my first post and I am currently working on my assessments for EYE level 3. I am working on my last question for EYE5 Partnership working with key person, colleagues and other professionals.

[Outcome 3] Respond to a child's individual support needs.

3.3 Contribute to the completion of reports to ensure that the needs of the child are met in line with local and national policies and legislation and settings guidelines.

Range: Appropriate communication may include:
1a. use of electronic communication aids
1b. use of pictorial and design communication aids such as Makaton
1c. use of an interpreter with appropriate including British/Irish sign language interpreters
1d. effective use of the telephone
1e. preparing and delivering presentations
1f. written communication
-notes of meetings
-personal records
-presentations
-letters
-formal reports
-email

I have done the rest of the questions so far from the assessment, but I am currently stuck here. I believe I have mentioned most of these in other questions and feel repetitive - I know they are trying to get more out by asking the same questions but differently.

Anyone can point me in the right direction as to how to answer? I have the book CACHE level 3 Early Years Educator by Penny Tassoni, and similar but childcare & education by Carolyn Meggitt; I haven't seen anything relevant apart from pages 498-500 in Meggitt, and various pages in Tassoni.

Just a pointer would be grateful, hopefully people still uses this website as it is helpful! Thank you!
