a big help with communication please
 

hi everyone i am doing level 2, children & young people's workforce and am stuck on unit 1, outcome 2, number 3. Show how & when to seek advice about communication? I was just wond if anyone knows how i am supposed to show this is it by writing it down or do i have to some how show her when she next comes out. It is my first time doing any of the show me's so i am completely stuck, would really appreciate any help at all. thanks:dizzy::dizzy:
