hi there this is my first time posting on here and i need some help with my career pathway. i'm not sure what to put or how to set it out. any help with this would be great. thank you in advance :D

Its in the ERR assignment:
- Create a career plan for yourself, indicating what opportunities are open to you as you progress in your chosen career. Indicate what you will need to learn or any qualifications you might need to gain in order to achieve your goals. Identify sources of information to help you acheive your goals.

The thing is am not an ambitious person, just want to finish my level 3 and then work in the nursery i am already at, so dont really know what to put???????

Hi, I am not ambitious either, so I just put ongoing External training and regular in-house training, New EYFS to gain experience in the field. Senco training and may one day want to climb the ladder.
