3.2 explain the impprrance of anti-discriminatory/anti-bias practice, giving examples of how it is applied in practice with children and carers.

I've made a start, ive wrote about what my setting provides ie toys and dressing up from different cultures etc, ive wrote about teaching the children about differences in a positive way. Just need help regarding carers and anything else I may need to include.
