Explain how to manage disagreements with children, young people and adults
 

Hi everyone,

I am hoping someone can clarify this question for me, i have emailed my tutor but as usual she is taking forever to reply and this is my last question for this unit so i want to get it done!

Explain how to manage disagreements with children, young people and adults

Does this question mean i need to explain how to manage disagreements between 2 (or more) children, between 2 (or more) young people and 2 (or more) adults or does it mean i need to explain how to manage disagreements between myself and a child, myself and a young person and myself and and adult?

I don't think the question is very clear. I am able to answer both questions i just don't know which one it is actually asking!

If anybody has done this already then please could you let me know?!
