Legislation concerning the rights of the child.

This could be one of two answers or possibly both could be correct !!!... The main legislation that supports the rights of the child . Is it :
A) The children act. OR :
B) The U.N.C.R.C.
Any help would be most appreciated .:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Did they specifically ask for one answer? For this question I was given a list of six pieces of legislation to research and describe how they affect my role so Im sure you wont miss out on anything by doing both!!
