Explain the primary importance of carer's in the lives of babies and young children

Hi hope someone can help really stuck got two more questions to finsh on this.Then i have 3 more assessments to do and a assessment plan before the 29th of this month. This is getting harder. I have used this site a lot this month. Help if you can thank you.:bawling:
