reflective account,please explain
 

my assessor asked me to write out a reflective account on a health and safety talk. A woman came in to speak to the school about this but it was months ago.i can remember bits but how do i put it down in writing?

can you remember and write what you learnt from the talk,and relate it to what you do in your work ? mention your health and safety policies ? any responsibilities you have at work ?
