I need to do a flow chart for this! Any help would be welcomed.

a parent tells you that her mother has been diagnosed with TB, who do you tell? who do they tell? who do they tell! etcetc

a child tells you mum hit her with a spoon ditto

a child tells you a toy is broken ditto

al different with different reporting needs
