I'm stuck, working on the following: Schools as organisations 4.1 Summarise the laws and codes of practice affecting work in schools.

My tutor is linking this citeria with the Equality/Inclusion unit, so I'm assuming we will look at SEN code of practice, etc there.

I have been asked to " Summarise your code of professional practice and explain how this affects your work in school".


I don't know of a code - I'll have to ask after half term. I'm thinking if one existed it would include confidentially, dress code, behaviour - to children and other members of staff - listen, courteous etc.

Can anyone help please?
