Hi guys I have been lucky enough to be shortlisted for an interview tomorrow job title childrens services cooordinator and was wondering if anyone could adise me on what i should brush up on tonight ie safegaurding, policies and proceedures or am i looking to much into detail. I probs wont get the job as a experianced nursary nurse has an interview but wanna give it i really good try

you need to be up to date on all of these and how they are applied in practice as well as the new eyfs and the impact of legislation
i would also suggest a good knowledge of supporting leadership and networking practice and strategies
