Hi, you're looking to compare the different styles of management and leading people, understand and write about how they contrast from one another. How for example a hand's off approach Laisse-Faire works in contrast to an authoritarian approach where an individual or a set of named individual's control every aspect of a team.
Using your research of the different styles consider real-life practice and what it would be like to work in your setting under the styles. If you use google & the free course title you can find the same materials on Open Learn's website. Best wishes |
