Hi all

I am stuck on this question and my tutor has gone on holiday so she is able to help me.
Am not sure what they are asking for with this question if i could be pointed in the right direction that would be a great help. :sigh:

im stuck on this one too - well i know how they are stored but i dont know how they are recorded
