SHC 34 help needed
 

I've just had feed back for this unit and this is the last chance as its the third time it asked me to clarify how observations / assessments could be used if concerned about child's well being? Thought I done it. Also in unit I said I use time out I also need to detail how time out is used ensuring this meets current guidance? Please help as I thought I had done all that I needed to do sadly not thank you if anyone can help. Xx

if you OBSERVE something ( think about the signs and symptoms of neglect for example) that concerns you what do you do? how is your observation used and

time out shouldnt be used in a nursery completely pointless ****** supernanny!
but if you work in a place that deems humiliating children useful then this is the answer you SHOULDNT humiliate children the only way time out is useful is if you sit with them and have a conversation
