need help with k3p228 and k3p229 really stuck can anyone help please.

K3p228- hi for this i wrote something along the line of '' how we were raised has given us our values and beliefs therefor we may have difficulties examing our beliefs, values and feelings when working along side others. The hardest thing in my opinion would be having to change. When you question yourself sometimes its hard to admit when another idea or way of working is better tan yours..
