Has anyone heard of this training from their local primary school, LEA contacts or other Early years groups?

SAQ stands for Speed, Agility and Quickness - and even though I found that out a while ago .. it slipped my mind recently when asked what the initials stood for :muted: :D lol

:soapbox: :muttering and apart from websites that don't publish the acronimical meaning of their companies on their front page ..grrrr ~ We've just had notice of an indoor Christmas club starting up with this .. personally can't make use of it though as with a recovering elbow break my littlie isn't allowed to take part in contact sports at the moment :frown: but it sounded really good ..
