I'm a playworker by trade but having to do my level 3 in ccld and then do the overlapping qualification to playwork.
Its basically the child chooses what they want to play with and manipulates it to their need. Self directed play is child lead and not adult lead and they develop the way in which play goes (its the way in which the play cycle works, its child lead and not adult directed) |
