EYE level 3, Unit 1 Q11!
 

Can anyone direct me please? I am having a complete meltdown on Q11, unit 1. I need to find how to record food intake and also how nurseries record holding appropriate food safety certificate, to make sure criteria is met. Many thanks in advance.:SOS help

Page 16 of this level 3 handbook looks at the importance of recording food intake and how those records need to be shared with parents.
