Cyp3.5 1.3

Afternoon everyone,

This is my 1st post, so please be gentle lol

If anyone has any pointers for cyp3.5 1.3.
Evaulate own effectiveness in building relationships with children and young people.

I've looked at the search, but I only found 2 posts!

I sort of know what to write, but it's the getting started bit that all ways gets me.........aaaarrrrgggghhhhh.

Thanks in advance x

You could start by saying how you built relationships with the children, through play, interaction, have any of them fallen and you have provided the much needed hug?
Then go on to explain other ways to build lasting relationships for example older children some girls may like a boy band so you may buy rubbers with the boy band on as a prize for a maths challenge however this would work both ways and you need to involve all children so no one feels left out.
Then write about your own believes about building relationships does this contradict with policy and procedures in your setting and how have you over come that?
Through all paragraphs play devils advocate yes giving a hug was good it helped the child but consistently ask yourself is or was their ways you could improve or have done better.

My assessor has told me I have to answer these written, apart from the ones that say 'demonstrate' which is done through observation.
